Shipping

Standard shipping is included in the price. Each mattress is individually produced to order. We do not keep stock, but manufacture each product especially for you, using the materials and dimensions you choose. Please allow a standard production and delivery time of approximately two weeks.

Return Policy

This Organic Wool Mattress is fully custom-made for you and considered a hygiene product, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the item you received is incorrect or defective, please report it within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, you can return the product by contacting us directly, and we will reimburse all associated return costs.

If you’re unsure about your choice, we recommend purchasing a sample of this product for a small fee. If you decide to order a mattress after receiving the sample, the sample cost will be deducted from the mattress price. Please contact us for further assistance.
